Operation Resurge is committed to fostering hope, accountability, and second chances by providing avenues for personal growth, continued education, skill-building, and helping our justice-involved youth realize their potential and ensuring they have the opportunity to thrive and contribute to their community.
We approach our mission through three phases of criminal justice involvement; arrest, incarceration and re-entry and we leverage well established community resources to align our loved ones with the most relevant opportunities based on individual needs.
Our focus is on "the ONE". We prioritize each of our Loved Ones as "the ONE" and strive to understand and address their real needs on an individual basis. Every loved one who crosses our path will have an impact on our community no matter where their journey leads them.

We mentor youth and young adults caught up in the system, helping them stay grounded in school, work, and everyday life while they move through the process. Everything we do is about stabilizing, uplifting, and empowering our loved ones, giving them the chance to move forward with dignity, hope, and a solid team behind them.

Everything we do is about helping our loved ones see new possibilities and come home ready for real opportunities and real change.

When our people come home, we make sure they don’t have to figure it all out alone. We help families get ready for the transition, understand the real‑life challenges that might show up, and tap into the resources that keep everyone steady. For our young folks returning home, we stay locked in with mentoring that cuts down barriers and opens doors — whether that’s school, jobs, or positive moves in the community. Our goal is to make reentry feel supported, not stressful, and to help every loved one step back into their life with confidence, opportunity, and a strong circle behind them.
Every young person deserves a future filled will opportunity, support, and hope. For justice-involved youth and young adults, that future is often shaped by whether a community shows up and stands beside them.
THAT'S WHERE YOU COME IN! When you join our email list, you're not just signing up for updates, you're becoming part of our village - committed to second chances, healing and lasting change. Together, we can uplift voices, share resources and create pathways forward for our young people.
